We ensure clear and transparent system of payment, bonuses and motivating programs. Our organization is open to constant dialogue with trade unions. At Mostostal Zabrze S.A. there are two trade unions: NSZZ „Solidarność” and ZZ „Budowlani”, with whom the issues related to the employees are discussed systematically.
The company also secures appropriate workplace. We constantly improve internal communication, enable employees to attend function events. Additionally, we care for health and safety at work based on the applied standards PN-N 18001:2004 as well as SCC VCA for foreign projects.
