On the 31st of July 2019 MOSTOSTAL ZABRZE Gliwickie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego Spółka Akcyjna and their consortium partner TERMO – KLIMA MK Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa signed a contract with Specialist Hospital No. 2 in Bytom.

Customer: Specialist Hospital No. 2 in Bytom.

Contract subject: project and implementation of construction works in order to create the Silesian Center for Physical Medicine and Early Cancer Diagnostics based on the Department and Clinical Department of Internal Diseases, Angiology and Physical Medicine at Specialist Hospital No. 2 in Bytom.

Project value: PLN 21,384,997 gross.

Time limit for performance: 20 months.

The following works will be carried out as part of the task:

– reconstruction of the existing 3-floor of the hospital building No. VII together with the attic, along with the liquidation of the existing roof truss,

– extension to a 4th floor part along with a 2-floor walkway, enabling connection with the hospital building No. VI,

– reconstruction of the existing hospital building No. VI, on two floors, in order to connect buildings No. VII and VI.

 

It is not the first project of Mostostal Zabrze GPBP carried out for the health sector: on July 2019 the Emergency Ward incl. rooftop helipad for medical rescue helicopters for Municipal Hospital in Zabrze was opened.

Currently, the construction works on the Mother and Child Medical Centre of the University Hospital in  Zielona Góra, are ongoing, as design-build project.
