On 20 June 2026, at exactly 10:00 p.m., the streets of Rybnik came alive as the 16th PKO Rybnik Moon Half Marathon got underway—one of Poland’s most iconic night running events. For years, the race has attracted running enthusiasts with its unique atmosphere, scenic course, and the unforgettable experience of competing under the night sky. The event is organised by the City of Rybnik and the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre in Rybnik, with PKO Bank Polski as the title sponsor.

This year’s edition brought together more than 1,500 runners, who took on the 21.0975 km course beneath a star-filled sky. Among them were representatives of MOSTOSTAL ZABRZE UNITED:

The late-night start, the incredible support from spectators, and our shared passion for running made it an unforgettable evening. For some members of our team, it was their very first half marathon, while for others it was their first 10K race. Regardless of experience, everyone achieved their goal and crossed the finish line with a smile and a great sense of accomplishment.
