On 28 November, 2015 at Teatr Rozrywki in Chorzów the ninth concert of Children’s Oncology Orchestra was organized by the Iskierka Foundation. The Orchestra was accompanied by the Choir of Constructors of the Future created by representatives of managerial staff of Capital Groups Mostostal Zabrze and Kopex as well as such well-known Polish performers as MARIKA and CARRANTUOHILL.
The Children’s Oncology Orchestra performs once a year in concerts organized by the Iskierka Foundation. The Orchestra consists of kids age 4 to 18 battling against cancer in numerous oncology hospitals based in Katowice, Chorzów and Zabrze supported by their families and medical personnel.
Mostostal Zabrze Capital Group was representetd by 16 people, for whom it was an unforgettable, the only one of its kind experience.
The culmination point of the concert was joint singing of the smashing hit “Let it go” from the Walt Disney animated musical fantasy film “Frozen”.
We strongly believe this force be with us for next months and years ahead, and the Iskierka Foundation will gain more donators and the kids will be able to recover from their illnesses.
