We are pleased to announce that the heat recovery steam generated delivered by Mostostal Zabrze S.A. in the ‘turnkey’ formula within the framework of the investment titled ‘Delivery of a heat recovery steam generator for installation within the Głogów I Copper Smelter technological process line, past the suspension roaster’ at KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. reached its guaranteed technical and technological parameters. We have thus successfully completed comprehensive implementation of the aforementioned contract.

We also wish to remind you that under the aforementioned contract Mostostal Zabrze S.A. designed, delivered, assembled, launched and commissioned – in the ‘turnkey’ formula – a heat recovery steam generator with a maximum capacity of approx. 113 [t/h] of steam and a maximum pressure of approx. 66 [bar]. The heat recovery steam generator was installed within the Głogów Copper Smelter process line, past the suspension roaster constituting a part of the object.

As part of additional works, Mostostal Zabrze S.A. also delivered and assembled additional supporting structures for the heat recovery steam generator as well as lateral vibration dampers.

The total value of the contract (including additional work) is PLN 82.8 million.

It is not the only contract implemented for KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. within the framework of the investment titled ‘Pyrometallurgy Modernisation Programme – Installation of a Suspension Roaster at the Głogów I Copper Smelter’. Within the framework of the contract, Mostostal Zabrze has also completed extensive construction and assembly works.
